I've been married to Peet (also known as Dolf) for
39 years. Peet is a guy that is known for his good sense of humour.
Living with a deaf person can be quite a challenge, so that characteristic
is essential for surviving!
Peet is a qualified electrotechnical engineer and he worked for
a company called Sentrachem for 23 years before he retired in 1996.
He then started his own business where he screened coal for a mine
and also sold lime to the farmers. At the end of 2000 he retired
and we moved to Stellenbosch. He took a tourism course and qualified
as a tour guide and now manages his own tour and shuttle business
with the interesting name of AmaKombiKombi. Peet is a great husband
and father and will go to great lengths to make his family happy.
Michael (38) is married to Annamarie

few years abroad before coming back to South Africa in May 2004. They
